Operations Manager
Our Operations Managers lead the teams that make our products. They operate with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. They work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Engineer
Our Engineers help manufacturing operations remain operational, continuously improving and innovating. With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas, including biological, chemical, automation, maintenance, safety, process development, technical services, utilities, and validation.
Technician
Our Technicians perform advanced laboratory services in various manufacturing areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures. Their jobs entail continued training and development to improve job skills and product-related procedures.
Operator
Our Operators are an integral part of our manufacturing support team. They are responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining our vital, state-of-the-art technology and equipment that manufactures our products to the highest standards for quality and safety. They are collaborative and oversee processes requiring a special eye for detail.
Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance teams ensure we consistently produce safe, high-quality products. Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers, and suppliers, we create an interdependent global network committed to delivering a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time.
Supply Chain
Our Supply Chain team conducts efficient, balanced decisions to maximize product delivery through technological solutions and end-to-end supply planning. We partner with distributors, warehouses, and freight forwarders on air, land, and cold-chain supply methods to deliver medicines and vaccines to hospitals, retail outlets, and patients when and where they need them.

The Millsboro operations consist of three campuses located within the city of Millsboro and the surrounding area. These three campuses create a fully integrated operation consisting of Manufacturing, Quality Management, Bioprocess and Technology Support, Regulatory Affairs, as well as other support functions. Millsboro is licensed and regulated by USDA and the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD), with the main manufacturing campus being certified as a GMP Manufacturer. We have a substantial footprint in this community and offer a variety of roles and teams to consider for your future.
